Crappy week

This week sucked for making money. My WebAnswers income is almost zero. I feel like giving up on that one. I will give it another couple weeks I think before dumping it. I've answered enough questions to stay on the leaderboard, but I'm only making pennies. One day I made nothing.

I did get a couple of upront offers on Associated Content. $5 bucks each, but better than nothing, plus I still get page view payments. Seriously, I just want to make a few hundred a month, to pay for my cigs and my phone. How hard can that really be? I want to stay home with my kids, but I will have to get a job, at least part-time, if I don't start making some money soon. This is really irritating. I hate Panda. It really ruined my online income. I guess that's what I get for being an Adsense content farm whore....

Associated Content Sucks for Page Views

I have 240 articles at Associated Content, and I make about $25 a month in residual income every month. I haven't been writing there for the last several months, due to the low page views. Panda really kicked ass on AC.

I am thinking of putting up poetry on AC, but I'm still not sure yet. I may replublish the ones from Hubpages, but I'm not sure if that's cool with HP yet or not, and I need to check.

My income goes up about 50% when I am actively writing on AC everyday, so it might be worth it if I'm just republishing other articles. I've written a few the last few days, and only recieved a minimal amount of hits so far. I will keep my 0 readers updated in any case.

Making Money Writing Poetry

Let me start off by saying this outright: You can't make money writing poetry.

Not real money.

But you can make SOME money, maybe enough to pay your phone bill every month. Poetry is just hard to make money with, especially online. You can't SEO it, not without degrading your writing. And poetry readers just aren't ad clickers.

The best way to make some money with poetry is to publish it on websites where they pay by page views. There's three sites I know of that I've tried, and made a little bit: Hubpages, Associated Content, and Gather.

Making Money with My Madness

I am bipolar. This is not a secret. There is a reason I'm so weird, and it shows. So why not make some extra money writing articles on my Bipolar Disorder?

Here are some of my articles on BP, if you want to know a little bit about how my mind works:

Making Money Writing Online

I am trying to make money online. It used to be easy, until Ehow screwed everyone over, and then Panda kicked our asses. But that's what it's like writing for content sites. Oh well, I will just have to figure out a new way of doing things.

Right now I am making very little money with my articles. But I've started to write more of what I enjoy, poetry and stuff about my bipolar disorder.

What I really need to do to make money is employ SEO in my articles, but I HATE DOING THAT. But I may have to, unfortunately. Eventually.

For the moment though, I am working on a new site called WebAnswers, where I answer questions. It's really easy. I'm only making about $1.50 a day at this point, but supposedly some people make into the hundreds every month. I'm going to finish writing 1000 answers, and then lay around with different methods to make the most money with the least amount of work possible.

At the same time, I'm writing one article or poem a day for Hubpages, and I want to start writing one article a day for Associated Content as well.

And a blog post for this blog too:)
